2–4 Volunteers Needed

7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Arrive early to manage vendor setup traffic and public parking.

Enjoy a free t-shirt and meal (immediately following your shift or any time up to 2:00 PM).

2 Volunteers Needed

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Take over parking/gate flow and assist with final cleanup at 2:00 PM.

Enjoy a free t-shirt and start your day with a free meal right before your shift at 10:30 AM.

1 Volunteer Needed

9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Collect tickets from guests and remove stems completely from the pumpkins.

Enjoy a free t-shirt and meal (immediately following your shift at 1:30 PM).

1 Volunteer Needed

9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Monitor pumpkin smashing, ensuring pumpkins are de-stemmed and smashed on the ground so guests can safely feed the pieces to the cows.

Enjoy a free t-shirt and free meal (immediately following your shift at 1:30 PM).

3 Volunteers Needed

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Receive on-site training at 10:00 AM and manage event food preparation and delivery.

Enjoy a free t-shirt and meal (immediately following your shift at 2:00 PM).

2 Volunteers Needed

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Receive on-site training at 10:00 AM and handle guest beverage and dessert orders, raffle tickets, and pumpkin smash tickets.

Enjoy a free lunch immediately following your shift at 2:00 PM.

4 Volunteers Needed

8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Ultimate flexibility to hop around and help out with all tasks if needed.
